How to get around Forever 21's return policy?

I got a dress that was on sale and when I tried it on at home the sequins fell off like crazy. I don't want to waste my money on a crappy dress, but the return policy is that sale items are final sale. (At the time, I didn't know the return policy, the ***** cashier just told me to look at the receipt to see it).
