I know it is normal for a womans to get 'hard' when they get cold, but mine do something different....?

when my get cold they get 'hard' but also srink in size and have a wrinkly look to them. is this normal? and i also have a small bump that kind of resembles a pimple beside my nipple. it isn't a pimple, it just resembles one. any ideas? any reasonable advice or thoughts would be nice. thanks=)
