Would you consider people like Tony Parker,Halle Berry or Tiger Woods children "Black"??

Tony parker is half black-half white.I think his wife is Costa Rican. Halle berry's baby is one quater black black & three quaters white.Mariah carey is half irish,One quater venazulaen & one quater black,yet refers to herself as "black". also if Derek Jeter had childern with a Non-black women would you consider tham "Black"?? this is a serious question.Thank you for your responeses. For Example Stacey Dash is half Mexican. what would you considr her children??? (With a white guy??
