My husband is on deferred probation.....?

for an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The other night he totaled our car while drinking and driving, he didn't wreck once , he wrecked twice but left the first scene. His BAL was .221, how long do y'all think hes gonna be in for? We live in TEXAS by the way.
