What to do about this girl I like?

Ok long story kind of short there is this girl I meet about 5 years ago now. I see her only about once a year (she lives in Omaha Nebraska I live in CO). But last summer when I saw her we had a kind of short relationship. But we new we liked each other for a few years before that. But about 5 months ago she got a boy friend up there and claims I was talking about another girl her to hear so she thought it was ok. Bottom line is she says (and I believe her) that she really likes me but she really likes this other guy to now. What should I do about this we talk every day even though i do not see her every day. Also we talk about this to but never get anywhere with it?
