I am not sure if I hav contracted hiv, can I donate blood to make sure?

I had unprotected in '02 & then i felt itchyness, OB prescribed meds but I am hving rebouts,like bacterial vaginitis & also back pain and stomach cramps & uti.Papsmear results were ok,although BV is recuring, im scared to get HIV test, can i give blood donations to see if im hiv+? I cant afford to get a HIV test, its very expensive here in my country. Pls, help.
