Is this manager insulting me?

my manager gave me a check and asked me if i am rich now. I am working my a** off at this minimum wage fast food job, going home all dirty and reek of food smell, and this manager is cracking a joke? i am given less than 10 hours a week and the lowest wage among people working here.. i might be overreacting, but it is ridiculous
