Is a Japanese mutual agreement divorce (Kyogi Rikon) recognized in the State of Indiana?

I'm an American citizen (former Indiana resident), living in Japan. I'm married to a Japanese citizen and we've both decided to divorce (no strife). If we divorce in this way, would this divorce be recognized by the State of Indiana? If so, would that recognition make it legally valid in all 50 states?
