I want to lose 60 lbs by Jan 15th..Do you think I can lose it like this??? Can I lose 55-60lbs by then?

You seem pretty dedicated to this, but with all the workouts you will be doing during the day you need to take in more calories. At least 1500-1800. You should still eat healthy, but eat like 4 or 5 small meals a day. That also keeps your metabolism constantly going, so your burning calories just by digesting food. As for workout, you should definatley try P90x. I have not finished it yet, but so far i have went from 176lbs to 155lbs. I have also gotten much stronger, and better shape. Plus i still have 5 more weeks to go. Im sure your workouts will work well to though. By the way, try not to put all of your excersise into cardio. Encorporate resistance training into your workout aswell. I know a lot of woman are concerned with looking bulky, but you have to remember your body wasn't designed to look that way. All resistance training will do is sculpt lean muscle that will help keep fat off once you loose it. The last thing I want to say, is once you start it don't quit. Over many years i have quit different diets i looked up and never got to find out if they worked. If you get discouraged, just tell yourself that you can do it. Thats what i did for P90x, and i'm feeling better already.
