Unauthorized Background Checks. Help?

My ex husbands wife has ran a background check on me the same day every month for the last 10 years. I have nothing to hide ( I have a clean background) and I understand that these are public records, but I feel a slight invasion of privacy and wonder if this is not a form of stalking? Is there any way I can stop her from doing this?
