it isn't very healthy. if you really don't like eating then you should really seek help and once you improve your relationship with food start eating somewhere between 1200-1500 calories, but that will vary greatly depending on your height, weight, and physical activity. Since you exercise your calorie intake should be higher than someone who doesn't exercise. Right now, your body is in starvation mode, which means it's doing everything it can to function properly, and its not working to its full potential
