Tap water in fry tank! Help!?

Hey guys, so I was doing my water changes and put some tap water in my guppy fry tank and my betta tank. I put the salt but forgot the conditioner. I immediately added some conditioner to their tanks and stirred it around. I can't believe I did that! The fry are 8 wks old. Should Ieave them in that tank or should I try moving them to another tank real quick. I've got a 10 gal that has a divider that has 3 other guppies in it...what should I do?? Thanks!
