Serious Girl Problem Ladies I need your expert advice?

There is a beautiful girl at work. I just started there and the three times I have worked w/ her she has flirted w/ me and really tryed to get to know me. She also asked me a lot ofpersonal questions like my ast relationships, what I look for in a girl, and whether I like younger or older girls. She always is looking at me, and from what I can tell she has come off as liking me. We hardly work together and noone ever hasd breaks at the same time, and there only 15 minutes anyways, so there is no time to go out. I really have had no experience w/ women and have never been in a relationship. I dont know how to approach her and ask her out or what to do at all. Does she like me and how should I handle this?
