Royal Caribbean Alaskan Cruise?

we just got back 3 weeks ago, IF you don't want to be under-dressed, bring fancy clothes. I wore a tie, she wore a dress each nite in the dinning room. You DO NOT have to eat in the formal dinning at all. there are other places to eat on board. Our cruise had two formal dinners. I had a Tux for one and three pcs suit for the other. I went to the second hand store a few weeks before our cruise and got both tux and suit for under $60 total.. WTF I may never wear it again. She shopped ebay and second hand store for her 'formal' wear. I never did wear my denim shorts, usually black denims daily, and khaki's evenings. Tours? take the castle tour in Victoria BC, we didn't and wish we had. in Skagway take the local bus tour. The governors residence is not for from the Red Dog Saloon in Juneau, as in walking distance.
