How long is my bunny meant to moult for?

i have this 1 year old netherland dwarf that has been in moult for almost 3 months now and still has a thick coat on one half of him and a thinn coat on the othe wich i was planning to take him to the london championship rabbit show but i cannot because he has this coat problem aso on the end of his coat where it is thick it is an odd yelolow colour on the top and his normal colour underneath please can someone help me
