How is my horse's conformation? (pictures)?

She looks like she needs a hoof trim pretty badly. She doesn't have much muscling, and she looks really out of shape. She's got a long back and not much for a hip. Kinda funky looking neck and a kinda straight shoulder. Cute coat though. Looks ok for trail riding.
