Help i dont really no what is going on !!?

i had unprotected on the 26th January and i went and took the morning after pill and that throw my periods off by like 10 days. I came on on the 14th of February, since then i have been having unprotected and have not come on ino its not ped my period date but i have been having the weirdest discharge, it looks like egg white and has been going on for like 3-4 days, and i have had slight cramping it doesnt hurt but is annoying also my tongue is quite sore and tender. i have had no bleeding or anything else so can some one please tell me whats going on... is it too soon to tell if i took a pregnancy test.
